THANK YOU FOR UNLEASHING THE HISPANIC CHURCH TO THE ENDS OF THE WORLD

What would happen if I gave everything to Him? I don’t know. But I can’t pretend anymore that I didn’t ask myself that question.

I picked up this book thinking it was about missions, missionaries, another country, and so on. But it wasn’t. The mission begins the day you stop living for yourself—right where you are. Above all, it changed the way I view money.

All In: What Playing Church Is Costing Us is one of those books that makes you uncomfortable in the best way possible; it makes you wonder if you’re truly living out what you say you believe. Salime brings us back to a surrendered, courageous, and deeply practical faith: a faith that not only admires Jesus but decides to truly follow Him, no matter the cost, because He is worth it all.

Salime Weatherford offers us a book written from the depths of her soul. She does not seek to please us, nor to move us, nor simply to make us think. On the contrary, she seeks to show us a reality that we know only as distant, compelling stories with little real impact—which she transforms into vivid accounts that cannot leave us unchanged. She does not write from behind a desk, but from her own life experiences, which lead her to show how the Bible and theology are not mere concepts, but truths for which we must all live and die. The testimonies we will encounter will challenge us with their godly lives, but more than mere role models, they will not guide us toward themselves; rather, they will lead us to restore the extraordinary dimensions to an incomparable God who sustains them—and who is, paradoxically, also our God, before whom we must all bow our knees.
